They are hiding in their hidden city in maguma. At least I hope so.
Maybe after you kill the titans, the mursaat don't care about the rest of the world and decide to stay home and watch the playoffs.

I'm unsure on how many heros they will add to GWEN but my guess is the following will become hero's:

- Gwen
- A Sylvari
- An Asura
- A Charr
- A Norn
- King Jalis Ironhammer

Seeing how the new races have their own special abilitys in GW2 it's uncertain how they could work as heros for GWEN. I think it's also possible we might see other races as heros in GWEN as well. There are a few that have yet to be mentioned yet for GW2 so we might be seeing those also debut in GWEN. Having a Mursaat as a hero would be great too, but kinda doubtful. I'd like to have one just for how cool they look but so many people would complain when it didn't come with Spectral Agony.

We most likely won't see any of those special racial abilities come to light in GWEN, simply because it would risk the games balance. Zhed doesn't do anything special other then being a centaur. Maybe non-human heroes could get something of a PVE only racial skill or two, but that's also a stretch. I'd be content with them just as Zhed is. If they don't spread disease or become infected to/from humans and other species, that would be plenty for me.

People are mentioning that the mursaat will not be present in GWEN and that the mursaat have been extinct when fighting in ring of fire. According to the guild wars prophecies lore book, Saul D'Alessio found his unseen gods (the mursaat) in the maguuma jungle, and the only titans there were near denravi with the purpose to kill the humans there. I think the mursaat are a defeated race, but there are still mursaat alive, possibly in the maguuma jungle.
